This nine-week or nine-month course (you choose) course provides a practical step-by-step programme for examining your life and exploring your future. Each module contains teaching, case studies and exercises, along with reflections and affirmations you can use every day. Designed to work in manageable bite-sized sections. There are also accompanying introductions and guided visualisations with Sheila which are included in MP3 format.
2. Membership Group - coming soon
I’m bringing together a group of like-minded spiritual fledglings so you can all learn and share your experiences together. It will be a fun and informative group. Maximum number of people so you have individual attention.
Begin a fantastic new experience with a group of like-minded people where we regularly meet on-line and sometimes in person. There will be lots of discussions, problem-solving and psychic exercises to do – Plus enhance your 6th sense and connection to the spirit world.
